The same people that ***** and moan about every little thing they disagree with every frikking week are now speculating about Hagoromo's brother and his role in the story......the same people that say they can write a better manga than Kishi..........who go to school or work a 9 to 5 and sit on their hands the rest of the time.....lol


Gotta hand it to Kishi, he can start the next mystery in a heartbeat and he does it so perfectly that people don't even realize what's going on.

Narutos storyline is shallow at best. A mix of bits and pieces taken from existing storys and/or cultures&religions with nearly no innovation. It's not bad, don't get me wrong here, but there surely are bigger fish in the see and there are many storylines very similar to Naruto, you just need to look at the audience Naruto was designed for and look at different animes this audience consumes. I'm sure you'll find at least 1 or 2 other storys that will get you hooked like Naruto does that way.

Then again, if you want a truly good storyline, you are probably better off avoiding animes altogether (there are exeptions to this, but they are rare and typically not the most appealing movies/series art-style wise, there are only like 1 or 2 animes with great storyline and art style that I know of).

It's not the story itself, I am not referring to it's originality or quality. Anyone with enough motivation and intelligence can come up with a halfway decent story and spin it, that's not what I'm talking about.

Naruto is unique. It inspires people. For a lot of people it's their own version of the bible(yes I am one of these people), as crazy and ridiculous as that sounds. Naruto's life is the perfect example of overcoming unbelievable hardship and pain, and the Narutoverse is a perfect representation of the world we all live in.

On this site you see and meet a lot of people whose interests lie in the next plot twist or the next action packed manga, purely entertainment. Naruto is definitely a source of that, but that is a very small part of what this story truly signifies.
