Alright homies, I want this avatar right here but I want some touch ups on it if it's within normal capabilities but the latter of what I'm asking should be no big deal

Is it possible to put this picture in a white background instead of the black that it has or am I asking too much here? I'd also like it resized as 150 x 200 with no signs of its quality diminishing. Capisce?

Came out pretty nice though there are some blurs on the hair but it's whatever. Is it too much to ask for some dotted borders like you got?

Well I wouldn't mind waiting til you got to a computer but that's all on you man. If you don't feel like doing it later and touching it up, I'll take it as it is but I don't mind waiting til you have a better chance to make it better. I'm in no rush so it's your call
