How did Kabuto get Madara's DNA....just wondering

So how did Kabuto get Madara's DNA .The only logical explanation is when Obito smashed thought the wall to get to Rin and Kakashi. Madara said that he would be back but i didn't think that they would be so stupid to leave a hole in the wall that leads to the gedo mazo and Madara's remains so let me know what you think or your opinion or i could have missed sumthing

Probably got some blood from the sword Hashirama stabbed him with or other places. Perhaps he got it from Zetsu maybe? Or is Zetsu pure Hashirama dna.
