Oro is Sasuke's puppet? As far as I remember, Orochimaru calls Sasuke his experiment that he wants to observe.

Which he has tons to spare, all Sannin have large reserves, Orochimaru was able to summon three Rashomon gates with no effort whatsoever, while even summoning one is taxing.

He has a technique in which he forms a handseal, and anyone in range is in tons of amounts of pain which ultimately result them being on their knees.
