Location: Destroyed Konoha.
Distance: 30M
Restrictions: ET.
Intel: Sannin know about Amaterasu and Susanoo, Sasuke knows about Hydra mode and Sound Genjutsu.
Conditions: Jiraiya starts in SM, Tsunade has her Byakugou seal activated.
Intent: To kill

Scenario 2 is very tricky only due to Tobirama.(who is far stronger than any of the sannin individually) I think Sasuke beats tobirama alone, but with the help of 3 other kage level ninjas, they may be able to win.

Enton spam would force Orochimaru to overuse oral rebirth, Susanoo defense would counter anything in Jiraiya's arsenal (Swamp is the only thing that can sink susanoo (assuming it is wo legs) but it is an earth tech thus can be countered by chidori varients namely nagashi after that Sasuke can switch to legged susanoo and proceed to fight, Tsunade gets one-shotted by an enton projectile to head.

That's a really dumb argument because:
A:Alive madara>>edo madara
B: Tsunade had the assistance of 4 other kage. The only assistance sasuke had was that of an already defeated tobirama.

I don't know why you showed that image. Neither of the sannin have the rinnegan. invalid panel.

Also, the madara that fought the sannin was an edo. Either way tsunade and co got destroyed and sliced in two, literally.
Sasuke will one shot tsunade with amaterasu and susano'O arrow jiraiya. Oro is the only threat but sasuke is much faster than oro and can easily genjutsu him like itachi did.
