We were all thinking this entire time..
"Man, this guy naruto just talks his opponents down to a level where he doesnt even need to fight them anymore.."
(Narutos so good at it he could probably talk a guy to jumping off a roof (poor joke ))
but the latest chapter..
Hagaromo the sage states HE used ninshuu, his son ashura used ninshuu and eventually was reincarnated in NARUTO and HE uses ninshuu...
So, if we go back to part one (Literally episode 1/chapter 1) when he was trying to defend iruka fodder-san and in turn used NINSHUU to change irukas perspective on naruto because he saw the hard work naruto put in to try to get strong! that was the beginning of it all..right there on chapter 1/episode 1
and then he changed zabuza during the bridge arc, then when chuunin exams rolled around he basically changed
the konaha 11/ konaha's perception of himself altogether!
(he changed SAUSKE TOO, it was narutos growth that made sauske want to grow stronger and sauske getting stronger made NARUTO want to get EVEN STRONGER..i call that a byproduct of ninshuu)
Then:
NOW:
naruto inspired these ninja and in turn made them want to grow stronger...THEY DID JUST THAT. When naruto found out after his 3 year training (timeskip) he found out he had a LOOOONG way to go so he.....(you guessed it) GOT EVEN STRONGER!
My point is, Naruto pretty much used his ninja way and never went back on his word and changed the ninja world we see today because he inspired people via TNJ (Which is now i guess you could say NINSHUU NO JUTSU)
But hey thats just my weird opinion...let me know what you think..
