I wouldn't say that Nawaki and Obito have Ashura and Indra reincarnated in them and plus Nawaki was a character we barely saw or heard from.

I personally think its:
Ashura: Hashirama > Naruto
Indra: Madara > Sasuke

Sasuke was born very shortly after Madara died. Naruto was born very shortly after Yahiko died. Madara/Yahiko were the two influences on Nagato's development (ideologically through Yahiko/Tobi, plot-wise through Rinnegan/Akatsuki).
