If Tsunade had as much prep time as Konan, she would've used poisons undetectable to shinobi's a long time ago. She did it to Jiraiya with 6 days of prep, just saying.
Btw Tsunade wins mid to high diff. I find this paper shuriken stuff entertaining at best. The reason Tenten is subpar at best, is because of her use of weaponry. Shurikens and Kunai against Kage level ninja hardly ever get the job done unless you have god like speed and insofar as I am aware that is not Konan.
Now, the further Tsunade is from Konan the easier it is for Tsunade to dodge her attacks. Nothing suggests Konan has an impressive reserve of chakra thus she doesn't want this to turn into a battle of attrition. Now, most people say she's taijutsu proof, and that's not quite true either. So long as she has chakra, and activates her technique in time attacks can go through her. But if those conditions don't happen, she's hit.
So since Konan flaying far from Tsunade puts her at a disadvantage (Tsunade only needs to dodge attacks [which are easier to dodge since they're coming from afar], whereas Konan is using chakra to fly and to attack), thus Long distance isn't the best choice. In CQC she'd be overwhelmed and have to use chakra constantly to make sure she's never accidentally hit by Tsunade. Which leaves Mid-Range. Which leaves Tsunade with several options, She could easily summon and ride the battle out in Katsuyu that's a low diff win, but unlikely. She could after realizing that Konan is allowing Tsunade's attacks to pass through her feign like she intends do one of her signature punches when Konan let's her slide through the paper body Tsunade touches her with Ranshinsho and it's over. It's something Konan would never expect. Tsunade could also just collaborate with Katsuyu to continually release a barrage of attacks on Konan leaving exhausted and opinion to attack.
