Who Is More Annoying Kiba or Sakura?

Honestly, I don't find either character annoying. They were both a bit annoying in part 1, but they aren't annoying in Shippuden at all.

oh dude Sakura is more annoying for sure.. i mean Kiba has bomb aspirations and ambition and has gotten a good bit stronger.. although no kage level or anything he is much cooler.. Sakura still "freezes", and gets in the way and is in general just freakin annoying.. such a typical female character that can't do anything for herself.. only recent has she grown a pair, but Kiba has had nuts the whole time..

Kiba's an easy choice for me. I find Sakura to be tolerable. Kiba throughout this entire war is either *****ing, attention-seeking or making pointless remarks.

Some characters have been in the series long enough to gain a positive or negative response. Even if they've only appeared once.

Neither Sakura and Kiba have barely gotten screen time, as Sakura is of course a main character and Kiba's a secondary with enough focus. Also, both have been shown enough times in the current war arc to warrant a good or bad opinion towards them.
