But that's is to mend chakra to ninjutsu. Ninshuu is totally different. It has to do with connecting ones spiritual self with the other. Ninshuu Might be more powerful then Ninjutsu in a way. You can probably called it Genjutsu.

There might be a Correlation. Perhaps the Juubi has unstable Natural Energy and the Stable Senjutsu reduces it's volatile power or seals it. Since, the Juubi's Natural Energy is suppressed, the stable Senjutsu causes damage. I may not be right though.

I like a lot of your theory, except one point. The moon doesn't represent evil, you can say dark, or loners, but I dont think Kishi would ever label a side "evil" and I don't think the So6P would give his power to someone who he knew was evil.
