Assuming this is Hebi sasuke. Zabuza's biggest card here is his Kirigakure which Sasuke can counter with large scale Katons that heat up the area and evaporate the mist. From there this is a mid difficulty brawl at max in Sasuke's favor

I think you should consider rereading that fight because the mist was basically the counter to Kakashi's sharingan.

VoTE Sasuke can still win this high diff. Sharingan sees through mist, or he blows it away with katons. Chidori cuts through Executioner's blade like butter. When he's in CM2 and has a 3T sharingan, he will obviously excel Zabuza in CQC. His biggest problem will be suitons like water dragon and water prison, but he can probably dodge those when in CM2.

Both large snake summons and katon will render the mist useless.

No he can't. Zabuza would murder VOTE Sasuke. What even is this? :/ Sharingan cannot see through the mist, and none of Sasuke's Katons have shown the capacity to erase it. The only ones that could come from his part 2 self. If he tried Zabuza would put it out with suiton creating more steam making Sasuke's vision even worse. Nothing else is even worth debating since silent killing would just end Sasuke.
