Well Konan can just transform into paper, So Kamui would only destroy the paper, She can also make paper clones. She has full intel in this fight about Kamui

My money goes to Kakashi his sharingan has other uses than kamui not to mention kakashi is a better tactician in most cases we have seen I'd say he would probably (since it is raining 90% of time in the rain village) have a lot stronger of a Raikiri from the water one mistake = some flaming paper Kakashi high diff

He doesn't need to destroy the paper, he just needs to suck it all in. If he vacuums all the paper then then it's an easy win. Konanmwont be able to reshape herself whole she's being sucked in

You're saying lightning won't destroy all her paper? I fail to see how lightning variants won't be effective. Or how he can't just use a water wall or water dragon to soak her paper. Or even an earth wall to protect himself from paper projectiles and paper bombs.

Konan's paper body is actually a very strong counter to Kakashi's kamui.
His only chance would be genjutsu or a combination of Suiton + Raiton (to keep her from dividing through paralysis).
Those two methods would be enough so, he wins.
