[Theory] Looking at Hagoromo's staff, Maddy's staff isn't incomplete

yo, Obito had full staff maddy had half staff - Rikudou Sennin had both. Coincidence - nahh.

In the panel showing Indra and Asura as kids - Indra had a crescent moon and Asura had a sun, therefore I think that Obito represents Asura (just cause he's Uchiha doesn't mean part of Asura's soul couldn't reincarnate into him) and that Madara represented Indra. And as their father, the Sage represents both. Obito = sun, Maddy = moon, it is a good analogy because Obito represents good ideals in a sense, and Madara represents ideals twisted and bent by the curse of hatred and revenge. It translates into their Rikudo stats - where obito had sun staff, and Maddy had moon staff. I don't necessarily think Obito is Asura's reincarnation, he's just a represented parallel of it to draw a connection to Naruto/Sasuke, Sun/Moon, FullStaff/"Half Staff".

And I actually amend my statement, Both Maddy's and Obito's staffs are incomplete, the real staff is a double headed representation of both. So Maddy's staff is incomplete, just not as we thought it was. I feel that my explanation also represents Obito and Madara as Hagoromo and his Brother, cause in the flashback to fighting the Juubi, they both had different staffs (one moon and one full), and then old Hagoromo had the combination staff. So I guess Obitio is representing Hagoromo while Madara is representing Hagoromo's bro. Not necessarily a reincarnation, but definitely a parallelism to Hagoromo and his bro. THis could be why Kishi is keeping Obito alive too. And Obito and Naruto also parallel Hagoromo and Asura - Hagoromo didn't beleive in Asura at first (calling him a good for nothing) but then came to respect the power of Asura's bonds and the power he gained as well as his ideals - thus naming him successor to Ninshuu. Obito kind of goes through the same process by observing Naruto. Again, just pointing out parallels. I think Madara final version, is gonna happen when Madara takes second Rinnegan back, as well as fuses his staff with Obito's.

And just as Hagoromo's staff represents Sun and Moon together, Naruto and Sasuke working together represents it too, Yin and Yang - two opposing forces working in harmony - essentially what Naruto has been about (tying parallel between everything).

I agree with the sun/moon part, most people came to that conclusion but I don't agree with the Tsukuyomi/Amaterasu part, they're techniques exclusively shown by Itachi and Sasuke respectively. Besides, Madara has Susano'o and wields one half of the staff.

The only question that remains is what does Rikudou's older brother's staff symbolise ? (Lowest Panel) If you ask me it looks something like the letter 'T'. It surely also symbolises something.

I have the same idea too. This can explain why Madara's staff is diffirent from Obito, I first I thought his staff was imcomplete.
