While I believe EMS Sasuke > MS Itachi. That is simply due to stamina reasons + Sasuke's genjutsu immunity to Itachi.

Itachi has infinite chakra and the superior Susano'o w/ his spirit weapons.

Itachi takes it. The only reason he was above Itachi was simply due to the fact that he would outlast him. Itachi has the stamina advantage here. So Itachi outlasts.
