Just like the manga says, Ashura needed groups of people for strength.

Indra is strong by himself.

Sasuke kicks Naruto's ass.

And Hagoromo or Hagoromo's brother could be Sasuke reincarnate. dsfsdfsd
I agree with Lee when he says "a dropout will beat a genius through hard work". Ashura worked hard to catch up to Indra just like Naruto did to catch up to Sasuke. What's wrong with help?

Their ideals are basically the same. They both believe power is the solution to everything. At least Madara wants peace for everyone in a way. Sasuke is just selfish.
Not really. Their personalities go far beyond simply what they believe the means to peace is. Yes, they both believe power is capable of bringing peace, but their methods and end goal are far different. Madara wants to use power to create a whole new world where all humans are equal in inferiority to him, so he can rule over them and force peace.

Sasuke wants to use power to correct the wrongs made by those before and change the current system. And how is his goal selfish? Sasuke wants to change the system to make the whole world better, his views for that and methods to do so are just molded by personal experiences.

Sasuke is a reserved, blunt and dark, while Madara is outspoken, far more arrogant and sexist. Their personalities are very, very different.

What he wants isn't selfish but I feel like the ways he approaches his goals are. Like when he tried to burn the Juubi completely but Naruto didn't want that 'cuz the bijuu will get hurt. In a way, he's sort of like Danzo...

It's not at all selfish. It's not like burning the Juubi and the Bijuu gives Sasuke some kind of thrill, the Bijuu are part of the problem. Humans clearly don't know how to handle living with the Bijuu as very few have actually coexisted with them. Sasuke is doing things on a need-to-do basis.

Think of it this way, the Bijuu are nuclear weapons. The weapons are made to intimidate, if a nation has it, no one wants to fight because then they'll use it and blow others away. But then everyone wants one, and starts getting their own. Now that there are so many, people are no longer afraid to fight because they have their own, they are now willing to fight, eliminating peace.

The Bijuu are similar, how can people fight and cause chaos with weapons of mass destruction if there are no weapons of mass destruction?

The needs of millions of people outweigh the needs of 9 creatures.

There was a hot thread that was about how Naruto is given everything and how its confirmed because he is the reincarnation of Ashura.
Are you talking about solo's thread? It has nothing to do with Naruto being the reincarnation per se, I think he was attacking the fact Naruto and Ashura both need other peoples help to be on par with their brother.

Kill the bijuu because we can't handle their power. Sure it helps a bit but it doesn't change the problem that humans can't live in peace with each other. I think during this war Naruto has actually confronted the main issue by helping the alliance and giving them hope. Although, thanks to you I realize that Sasuke's not that selfish.
However, I do still think that Sasuke is the reincarnation of Indra and that the final battle between Naruto and Sasuke will be the end of the two brothers' fight though.

Because having a bijuu sealed within you after being born does count as given power. And no the Uchiha were'nt given power since they were born with it.
Saying that is stupid. Power given before or after birth is still given power. Just because Sasuke happened to be the result of two Uchihas mating doesn't mean he earned the power.

EDIT: Double posted again! I'll make sure this was the last time.

It helps humanity move closer to peace though, as the Bijuu have been a major source of conflict between humanity, and one of the reasons this war is happening. Simply put, removing the Bijuu, as cruel as it may come across, would actually help lessen conflict.

Wouldn't it just cause more war in a way? Take away nukes and you will have no fear of being nuked. Wasn't a small part of Hashirama giving em away to bring peace and create a power balance?

But take away the nukes, and less lives are lost, less destruction, less risk. War happens BECAUSE everyone has nukes. Everyone wants to be the only one with nukes, and when everyone refuses to get rid of theirs, they try to force each other to get rid of each other's nukes.

Capturing the tailed beasts is so that their nation can be at the top. If you take em away it wouldn't mean that the nations will stop fighting, they'll just search for another way to be stronger than the rest. Wasn't the world constantly fighting before the Sage's mom ate the fruit? This was before the tailed beasts even existed. My point is that killing them isn't the best method yet Sasuke can't see that. But then again, the Sage's method failed too so we'll just have to see what Naruto does.

EDIT: I'm done arguing, this is way off topic and I'm tired.
