I don't feel like getting too in depth bc of fanboys but i'll keep it simple.

MS Itachi > MS Sasuke (Obvious reasons)

Minato > Tobirama (Tobirama admitted inferiority to Minato's speed)

Itachi's Susanoo > Sasuke's Susanoo due to Yaya Mirror and Totauka Blade

Minato's FTG > Tobirama's FTG due to better versatility and prepped kunai

Also Itachi is overall more skilled than Sasuke and intelligent while Minato is overall faster than Tobirama.

If Sasuke has his V4 then his team might win , Tobirama can stall Minato until Sasuke deals with Itachi , then after Sasuke is done with Itachi , he'd just have to help Tobirama and together they would beat Minato with relative ease , however if he doesn't have his V4 then his team loses .
