Hello, if you have not read this thread I suggest to do so first.
Now, I was discussing with Wall-E about the Uzumaki clan relation and I thought of something.
The Uzumaki's clan's strong life-force and chakra come from the Juubi and Sage's family!
We know that the Sage's powers passed onto each of his sons.
This explains as to why the Senju have great physical life and Uchiha's dojutsu.
I have also seen theories where the Juubi influenced the Rinnegan to become the Sharingan.

I believe this happened exactly with the Uzumaki clan being that Hagoromo's brother was the Ancestor and his own lineage! Any future descendants could also be compatible with the Mazou from the distant relation to the Rikudo.
Being that the Sage and his brother split into separate clans, this explains as to why both Senju and Uzumaki have strong life-forces and so much similarity!
Nagato was chosen because of this reason.
(note I am not asserting Nagato is a Senju)
