If the sage and his brother both had half the juubi sealed inside of them then that means:
.The sage had 50% of the juubi's power
.The Gedo mazo is the husk of only 50% of the juubi
.A 50% Juubi is capable of Bijudama that size
.Naruto only in fact has 25% of the Kyyubi, there was never a 100% Kyyubi in Shuippuden to begin with
Remember there was no mention of his brother dying and even if he did, the juubi would be reborn and thus the sage would have to capture it again. Again, no mention of a second capture which bring me to the conclusion that there are maybe in fact two halves to the juubi and we have only seen one half.
Am i missing something here, if so let me know
side note: Sage said Kaguya is more powerful than anything. He fought the Juubi so he knows its power. To say that she was stronger is seriously scary.
