No, that doesn't even make sense. I didn't say everyone was stronger than the sages brother just because he's featless, only the two most recent people that have hosted the Juubi, Madara and Obito.

They can fly, create Biju Bombs, and are invulnerable to anything but Senjutsu.

How does Brother Sage compete with that?
