Possible theory on Ashuras chakra cloak.

Since he was no Jin and Indra was the Father of the sharingan, Indra was born with all of his potential or skills set to be what they were, already, as confirmed as he was called a genius. He had the eyes. We pretty much know everything about the eyes now.

Ashura had the body, which we all know means he was the one who was better suited to be a Jin, just like Senjus&Uzumakis. So what if the chakra cloak is not something that even has to do with the Bijuu? What if thats the younger sons bloodline trait? Then when actually added with the chakra of a Tailed beast It takes on the characteristics of that Bijuu.

The cloak would be from the person, and the added chakra would give it the affinity of the much more chakra supplied Bijuu.

Ashura->Hashirama->Minato->Naruto

Indra->Madara->Obito->Sasuke

It looks like Ashuras cloak without any Bijuu, Then when you add one it takes on the characteristics.
Thats why Narutos looks like a fox.
The cloak doesnt have anything to do with the TB, It comes from the JINCHUURIKI.
It wouldnt have anything to do with the bijuu, it would just be a combo of both the chakras creating the appearance that its the Bijuus chakra.

Alot of things are not explained. Hashirama come out of no where with wood style so why couldn't the boy had naturally developed his own cloak. I doubt the sage would shove his tailed beast into his own son just to keep him on par with the older son. He trained. Didn't say anywhere in the chapter that he was gifted any of the tailed beast.

Actually its not a contradiction.

Without bijuu the cloak takes a certain form. Perhaps the multip armed form. WITH the bijuu it takes the bijuus shape. So without bijuu, it would look and function a certain way. But with the bijuu it would LOOK like the bijuu. And the bijuu would also provide some of that power.

Its no different than saying adding food coloring changes the color of the water. THe water was still there before and after the food coloring. Only a characteristic of it changed.

It must have something to do with lifeforce. Didn't Obito say that the younger son inherited the sages lifeforce not his chakra. Then when Naruto first had the Kyuubi cloak Yamato's wood reacted to it and he said it had strong lifeforce.
