I know sometimes it annoys me how stupid he is at times. The first 6-9pgs were torture.

How he got rinnegan is a good question.

Why he isnt in sage mode is a horrible question.

A much better question, would be if the sage knew sage mode.

Im actually not sure about that. That "bijuu mode" seems really odd. It is MUCH smaller than a normal bijuu mode.

So if i had the guess, it is the youngers sons "susanoo"

That perfect susanoo is about the same size as madaras. Im useing the size of the person compared to the modes to come to this conclusion.
