1.EMS is a false dojutsu created by the uchiha clan when they sealed their very own eyes

To be honest its to soon to be saying that remember the sage had a brother he could have probably transplanted his eyes & get EMS it would make sense because if he possessed the rinnengan his whole life there would be no need for the banana fan because the rinnengan gives you access to all 6 elements.

ems didn't exist until the uchiha sealed their own eyes (in other words it didn't exist at the time of the elder son)
