Remember, Madara is dead. He was only brought back to life because of Rinne Tensei but he died before Sasuke was born.

Well since it's reincarnations I think that hashirama was also a reincarnation just as naruto. Also like madara and sasuke are the other brother. Naruto and sasuke are just the newest versions of the reincarnation. There will be another after them.
