Did anyone else recognize on the last page when we saw a tailed beast similar to Kurama and we saw Perfect Susanoo. Which kinda of looks like Madara Susanoo. I think as Naruto talks to the Sage some more Sasuke wil l pop up in the conversation just a theory and something might happen with him too.

Likely. There is however the parallel growth. Sasuke was given a huge lecture that lasted a few chapters via flashback and it changed his outlook on things. It's Naruto's turn to ask questions and be set firmly on his path. I'm willing to bet Sasuke doesn't show up, because he's already had his Q&A.

Now that I think about it those 'tails' look a bit similar to a cloak or a cape...

looks like a rabbit and looks lke a cape not tails

The image of Indra within a Bijuu Cloak looks almost identical to Naruto's BM Cloak - the markings are exactly the same, though the shape is a bit different. This means that this is most probably the Cloak Naruto will gain AFTER he acquires and syncs with all the Bijuu Chakra. Only then he would be able to match PS.
