Naruto may be a descendant of Hago's brother.
Hagoromo appears for Naruto (Hago's brother descendance).
So it would be logical that Hago's brother appear for a descendant of Hagoromo(Sasuke) , if Sasuke had a part of the chakra of the 9 bijuus.
Men are poor when comes the time to talk to their children.

Didn't you read at the bottom of page 18... 671, SOP will reveal more about the past story & I also think SOP would told Naruto about Madara & Sasuke as well... Sasuke wouldn't meet either SOP brother or SOP itself...

no because Naruto is a descendant of the sage, thats why he appeared. Sasukes only relation with the sages brother is through sages older sons bloodline which would also link him to the sage. but if he is the reincarnation of the sages older son, then why didnt the sage go to sasuke too? or maybe they just havent go there yet. There is no use for the sages brother in this storyline yet.
