It seems that Obito became like the sage himself while Madara is becoming like the sage's brother... Note the staffs

Edit: It seems like Hagoromo uses a single staff that looks like Madara's on one end and Obito's on the other.. The brother's kind of looks like Madara's too though. Can't confirm because of the angle it was drawn.

when i read that i was like, so they both had that power. my first thought was , so even if they had all of the bijuu chakra including both halfs of kurama, it still wouldn't be complete. what happened to the half the brother had. also, madara looks a hell of a lot like the brother. who are the brothers sons.
