Kamui is time and space jutsu, its not sealing tech. So kamui can't seal no one. A seal jutsu or a sage tool are totally different, they are inescapable once the targets been sealed. That suggests there are ways out of kamui land

Totsuka isn't just a genjutsu.
When you're stabbed by totsuka, logic would imply you're completely paralyzed, as Nagato/Kabuto would have used shinra tensei, or any other ability to get out . The fact that he didn't and that it eradicated kabuto's control over him implies it stops all ongoing ninjutsu and prevents you from using any .
You can't kamui out after you have been sealed.
