He is going to get it. Hashiramas Cells + EMS = Rinnegan, it's inevitable. Madara is just a relic of the past. Sasuke is already said to surpass him so this isn't happening. Lets see if Madara can even get out of the predicament he's already in.

Anyone with any amount of common sense knows Madara isn't getting Sasuke's eyes. Even in the .1% chance that he does, Sasuke will only end up getting something better.
