NARUTOS gonna share chakra with people to understand feelings and stuff.
What if someone reads his feelings and go "screw you naruto!" Or "f$#k your feelings!"
Then what?

And with Sasuke, someone gets his coffee wrong,bam, he kills em.
And he would make this like communism type place where all things revolve around his motives.

So which one Monastary Konoha or North Korea 2.0 konaha?

The both of them are both in the process of developing their ideas of peace. While they don't have a clear idea of their own yet, the two seem to clearly understand by now that there are different ways of wanting to achieve peace and both of them have noticed that those in the past either have had ill methods, misguided, twisted or just wrong sense of peace.
