Actually he doesn't need Amateresu and Tsunomki because Madara can't do either those are just bloodline uchiha techniques like Kamui is Obitos technique and and MadRa technique is to see either 15 or 30 seconds into the future. Itachi and Sasuke were blessed with the good powers of the Uchiha.
