You may not, but my opinion wont change a thing. Smokers say weed is harmless and medicine ...etc. But as someone above said, anything you smoke is bad for your lungs. Though if you smoke like once in a blue moon, it's ok. Personally I dont find neither ciggarette nor weed smokers attractive. I rarely even drink. On topic, if these girls are attractive or not..the question is the same for guys...I simply dont find the habit and the act attractive. To me a smoking stick in one's mouth is an eyesore itself. And I always ask, what's their problem? Why ruin yourself permanently for temporary pleasure? It's their life though, but I say people should respect their own body more than that. I dont need any crap to stimulate my mind or nerve system. But again, many of my mates are engaged into these things, but they are cool people. Everyone has flaws.

Smoking weed isn't bad for your lungs, it got rid of my asthma. My mile run went from 10:00 to 6:45. Smoking marijuana isn't like smoking tobacco. Generally when you smoke marijuana you take large hits and hold it in, which expands your kings and gives them a workout. I no longer need an inhaler. Or suffer from asthma. This being said I no longer smoke weed. It does have negative effects mentally though. I was paranoid all the time from smoking it(depending on the strain), I watched my grandmother slip into a state of forgetfulness as she aged, though all people do as they get older, I believe her habit of smoking it all the time sped up the process of dementia. Just like all things in this world everything has it's positives, and negatives. To much of a good thing can be bad, and sometimes very little of the things that are considered bad can be good.

I can only ask my friends about it, some say it's harmless and good, some say it's a bad experience and not worth it. So I guess it's different for everyone.
I also tried searching for articles online, some say it's harmless and better than cigarettes, some say it is indeed worse for the lungs than cigarettes. I'm not an expert , so I dont know which one is correct, both parties provide scientific evidences...But even smokers admit that daily usage in the long run is bad. But of course smoking it like once a month is nothing.
But the original question was if a girl smoking weed is attractive...To me smoking is not attractive in general, whether it's cigarettes or weed, or woman or man. But the person can be attractive. I wouldnt turn off a girl just coz of smoking occasionally. Regular smoking is another question. It poses issues.
