Nagato, as seen in pain had six pains with eyes of all being a rinnegan??
I dont understand..
Wasn't Madara the only one after so6p to have a rinnegan.?
And I presume he dint activate 6 pairs of rinnegans.. PLOTHOLE??

Madara gave his Rinnegan to Nagato before he died. So he could carry his plan out and the six rinnegans were all connected. They were basically the same thing. They weren't 6 different rinnegans.

The rinnegan allows the user to create the 6 paths of pain. Each path has their unique abilities like one summoning, one absorbing ninjutsu,etc. Basically the rinnegan allows you to create people with the rinnegan, but aren't real rinnegan

These Rinnegans in Pain's bodies aren't real, it just show that the bodies are controlled by Rinnegan, same how Kurama got Sharingan after being contolled by Madara/Obito.
