If Pain attacked the leaf when Minato was the Hokage instead of Tsunade?

What would have happened? If Minato was still alive and Kushina had Kyuubi inside her and all the 6th Pain attacked the Leaf while finding her instead of Naruto.

I'm talking without Naruto, Tsunade AND Hiruzen, BUT the rest of Konoha like Kakashi, however not current Kakashi... Kakashi who fought against Pain.


Could Minato be able to stop Pain's CHOU Shinra Tensei or would Konoha be able to defeat all the Pain? This situation is just the same as when Tsunade was there, but just switched with Minato.

So, would Minato lead to others shinobi another way rather than what Tsunade did?

Minato would wreck Pain. Not sure if he could stop the massive Shinra Tensei though (probably wouldn't have gone to that extent).

He's way too fast for Pain and should be able to take out a couple of pains quickly. Plus he would have tagged the deva path pain so even if he did go into the sky he could use V2 and blitz him.

Minato would do equally as well for different reasons.

Firstly he would probably distribute his Kunai to the leaf villagers so that he could remotely Hiraishin them to safety during battle, as Tobirama did against the Shinjuu. This would, in essence, protect the villagers in the same was Tsunade did.

However, like tsunade, Minato doesn't have the battle potential to take on Pain alone, which he might try.

Alternatively, he might try to formulate a plan with the surviving konoha shinobi to form a counter attack.

I would assume he might be able to locate Nagato, should events play out similarly where Konoha learns of the chakra receivers and decodes the message of "the real one's not among them."

I think he would do just as well if not slightly better. He definitely wouldn't do worse though.

Minato would seriously SOLO the Pains.
First takes down the Pain who revives everyone.
Then uses that jutsu with weird name he said but couldn't use it, to take down the remaining five.

All 6 vs minato and kushina I take pain unless the kurama goes ham but that would just make it harder for minato

If Kushina would have been able to control Kyuubi's power and had fought along with Minato, then the 6 paths of Pain might have been beaten. Also, if Guy's team would have been in the village, things might not have gone to the extent of Tendou using massive Shinra Tensei.

Other than that, Minato alone wouldn't have been able to stop all the 6POP, nor would he have been able to stop Tendou's ST. Also, without Katsuyu there would have been far more casualties than they were in Tsunade's case.

Lmfao, I can see that happening, but I don't think Kushina can take them out with a punch or kick..... However, if Minato is there then I can actually think that he can at least beat 4 of them while 2 of them kills them off, imo, but I don't think someone as Minato would be killed so easily. He is the 4th Hokage after all.

Minato makes easy work of Pain. What can Pain even do to Minato, honestly? He can't touch him. And Minato can send CT somewhere else. Shinra Tensei would be his best bet, however I don't think that would have much effect on Minato.

Minato can at least teleport everyone to a safer place, but he might use a lot of chakra to do that, HOWEVER it is still better for the people to get away from Pain's attack because if they got hurt then I don't think they can survive so by taking them out of the village makes them easier to survive rather than Tsunade's strategies and Katsuya.
AND the question is, what can Minato do after sending a lot of people away from the village to a safe place when he used his chakra? I believe someone as Minato can still fight against Pain, but with Kushina and Kakashi there then I think they might take this chance against all of them, including when Guy is there.

Remember about this latest chapter? Minato, Kakashi, Lee, Gaara and Guy combo team was able to damage Madara.
