Sasuke know's what he wants in a team, just look at team taka. He would be a better jonin than Naruto imo just because he is far more tactical than Naruto while Naruto relies heavily on enormous chakra reserves, great Uzumaki body, and Kurama & Sage Mode he doesn't know elements as well as Sasuke. Sasuke is more versatile so he can help out more, look at Kakashi a jack of all trades but elite in them.
