I swear DBZ has the worst fan base

I'm a huge DBZ fan, bigger than I am for any other anime/manga. But about the OP, that doesn't mean they have the worst fanbase, it means they have so many fans that it's easier to come across a bad fan than it is for other anime/manga. Think about all the DBZ fans who don't mention any of that. Probably a lot greater than the number of fans you've come across needlessly mentioning DBZ

Despite the brilliance of the anime, I never got to appreciate DB concept of power-level...
i.e. One has to have more power to beat the other...
That's the reason why I never even became the lamest of fan of DB...
In this perspective, Naruto's a far better story[at least was]...

I see where you're coming from. But you should know several fans do not represent the majority. There's too many DBZ fans to generalize the fanbase just from what you saw.
