K11: What's their purpose now and in the future?

OK, so we all know the K11 have been reduced to fodder. But in part 1, they had so much potential. Why did Kishi screw that up in part 2? I know he wanted to focus more on the Sasuke/Naruto dynamic--answered my own question, but let's think about something for a while. Let's say something did happen to Sasuke and Naruto... like, I don't know...DEATH! And they weren't revived... who will protect Konoha? Tsunade? Kakashi? Anbu? Tsunade and Kakashi won't be able to hold it down for long. And neither will Gai. So you have the K11 with no growth and no credibility to protect their village on their own. That's a major L for Konoha and Fire Country whose been hailed throughout the story as being the land with the best overall ninjas. I guess Cloud Country is a close second? Anyways, do you see my point? Am I not supposed to think this rationally? Or am I being irrational? What if Sasuke doesn't come back and Naruto leaves as well or just dies? Konoha=Foooked! Without Naruto, Pain/Nagato would have wiped Konoha...Fire Country off the map.

Kishi, you gotta do something with the K11... because as of right now, their useless DBZ fighters (minus Goku and Vegeta, even).

Still more relevant than tien krillin chiatzu and Yamaha, the only ones from k11 that are irrelevant is shino and kiba.

K11 are one of the not so well-written characters, and Kishi sucked in their development front. So they don't have any future, sadly.U_U

At this point, their only purpose seems to be making Team 7 look better. Which is kinda sad, they had potential before.

They may be poorly developed and sucked throughout shipuuden, but they still had their good points, although insignificant most of the time.

I think they won't be acknowledge acknowledge, like wow you did a great job in the war....like Hinata you have done the 64 strikes, Kiba, three heads, burn,... Shino, the hell? Ino-Shika-Cho, as always perfect combo...

In think,what they did was still not enough to be recognised as heroic heroic. But they participated at the least. I am still hoping for more screentime, and this time to level up, as in uphold K11 as the front runners in the war. Team 7's kind of overfatigued right now, especially Sakura. Sasuke and Naruto is recovering. I wish they could all come through.

Nonetheless, they are valuable individuals in their clans, alliance, Konoha, and the Fire Country, whatsoever.

What do people honestly expect them to do? They don't have Senjutsu abilities and none of them is breaching strength tier needed to best Madara besides Naruto and Sasuke.
