Second, With the exception of The History of Trunks and Bardock (Father of Goku) none of the DBZ movies match up with the actual storyline, so the characters like Broly and Janemba aren't canon, so their powers and feats do not mean shit, therefore your logic on Broly being canon is flawed and ridiculous. Bill and Whis were from a movie that doesn't even go with the actual story line.

technically Broly is canon since with one of your exceptions being Father of Goku, in the movie about Bardock a baby Broly was shown or heard crying...but as far as his later adult feats goes i dnt knw if one can make that claim that he is not canon because his baby self was shown but Bills and Whis are canon there featured film is no different from History Of Trunks in a sense...but i am past dbz as of now i digress and leave this to u
