If the anime is going to restart, it will restart after the manga has finished. Otherwise probably never and you'll have to wait for the inevitable reboot 10-15 years down the line.

OT: I once heard Kubo signed a contract with Fuji Tv I think a olng while back, It'll return when the manga has really advanced, coz the last episode was from chapter 480, and we're at 573 now, maybe after at least chapter 600...

You are assuming they are still planning to continue the anime and that it's just on hiatus. Even though not impossible, as far as I know as it stands now the series is finished.

If they are planning to air it again or have the intention of continuing someday, it's probably going to take a long time.
