Tobirama wins mid difficulty. he was capable of reacting to Juubito level speeds and using Hiriashin against Juubito so he can FTG whenever Onoki uses jinton.

Nothing else in Onoki's arsenal is catching Tobirama.

Tobirama, being a Senju, can easily outlast Onoki if he flies to high or if he decides to stay close to the ground, Tobirama can throw his FTG kunai up in the air and keep on doing so until reaching Onoki.

Tobirama rolfstomps Onoki. FTG is why Iwa hates Minato a lot. Even Onoki has no counter for it.

Gaara won't be overwhelmed by clones .... And how would he tag gases if he's in the air or better yet how does he get past his sand shield ....... His defense is fast enough to block tobirama seeing as it was able to block Enton and the instant Forrest madara created ..

Btw Gaara >= Tobirama.

If Tobirama can touch Gaara's gourd sand, he can FTG all of it away from Gaara and then proceed to finish Gaara off with Suidanha. Not to mention Tobirama's base speed without FTG can probably bypass Gaara's gourd sand, marking the real Gaara. At this distance, Gaara isn't attaining flight nor making enough sand. I say Tobirama mid difficulty at most.

I agree with Ice. Gaara simply cannot keep up with Tobirama's FTG and speed.
