Combat speed and Long range speed!!!

I will begin by defining Combat speed : The speed in which a person is capable of maintaing in close combat , such as reflex speed , counter speed and attack speed.

In these recent arcs , we've seen a pretty handful of good fights , close range and long range. I've compiled a list featuring the top 5 combatants with good close range combat speed.

1) Madara Juubi Jin (Holding Back)
2) Eight Gates Guy (Overwhealmed Madara)
3) Obito Juubi Jin (Blitzed 1st and 2nd Hokage)
4) Sage Mode Madara (Dodged FTG Slash)
5) Minato (Flying Thunder god V2)

I wanted to put Raikage's punch in there but sadly Minato's FTG v2 Takes the cake . He countered Obito in his blind spot all in split second . Even the FTG slash is kinda weak because it transports you to your enemies location instantly but the time it takes to thrust your body foward , allows a person the opportunity to dodge . But Minato's Flying Thunder god attacks in an instant from one's blindspot with a Rasengan , which is pretty impressive and fast.

Now , Long Range speed is the speed one can produce over a long distance .

1) Minato (FTG)
2) Tobirama (FTG)
3) Obito (Kamui)
4) Bijuu Mode Naruto (Air friction reppelled TBBs)
5) Raikage (Can maintain speed for a long period of time )

I like your lists but I think you should have obito with kamui on the list for long range speed [seeing as you added madara twice I figured you would be considering all speed feats].

You really shouldn't place the same character twice in a list
Just use their living prime self
