Hey all need help with restrictions on the new elements​

they are

Magnetic

Plasma

Metal

Grass

Gravity

What I need is:
  • Elements used to make the new element
  • Who can use this element
  • Limits on how many time those jutsu can be used per match
  • Should they be Blood line traits?

    Thanks to all who help me .

i think thay should be aloud cuz ive seen some pple asking alot about thes elements but thier not use so i think thay should but i dont know about being blood line restricted thats kinda unfair i mean its bad enough some pple cant use the saringan or other things like that

i agree accept for the blood line part cuz its not realy fair for other charicters
and thier like already the lil blood line rule for the wood and ice elements and i dont think that rule is realy fair

These are combined elements, they would fall into the special elements category therefore would have to be in the same standing as Wood and Ice.
