In pt2, he's 17 while Sasuke is 12 upon their encounter. They're 5 years apart. When Sasuke lost his clan, he was 8. Therefore, Itachi was 13.

Itachi was 17 in Part 1 which happened four years before the Uchiha Massacre. You can do the math.
