Karin never noted sasuke's chakra change until he unlocked his MS. Not only that but the MS only manifests when you lose someone close to you, that's what triggers love to turn into hate.

When sasuke killed itachi, that's when he stopped caring about leaving people alive & that's when his curse of hatred began.

When obito saw rin die he turned from innocent kid to brutal murderer from simply awakening the MS.

All of this leads me to believe that the MS is the cause of the "cold" chakra that karin felt, as that's when it makes the most sense for a uchiha to undergo a chakra change.

Lmfao yes they were, madara was already corrupted by the curse of hatred, when obito saw rin die he fell into that darkness & never had anyone there to steer him true. Same for sasuke, in fact itachi & obito again caused the curse of hatred to spread to sasuke.

A uchiha that is familiar with the curse of hatred can obviously influence other uchiha into falling into that same curse. If such is the case then I don't see why shisui or itachi couldn't have prevented themselves from falling to such darkness.

As I said shisui & itachi were wise, assuming they knew about the curse of hatred they would also know to seal away their feelings even after experiencing the loss of love. As I said they're different so using them in this example is moot.
