reason as to why minato never sensed obito during his invasion!

i've come across this after reading some old chapters and it struck me hard. one of the common jabs at minato by haters was his apparent inability to detect obito. well looky here

karin, the best sensor in this manga noted sasukes chaka had changed after being consumed by evil. obito also became extremely evil at that stage so that (among having hashirama cells) explains why he couldnt sense obito at all. minato knew obito as a sweet innocent kid so becoming evil ought to have changed his chakra massively.

yes, but chakra changing after becoming evil solidifies it was impossible for minato to sense obito even if he tried.

he only has the ability to teleport freely, and become intangible. The moment he becomes tangible (which he has to to kill the guards) he should be able to be sensed.

Not to mention that he wasn't going to be paying much attention to the outside when his wife is giving birth and the ET seal is at risk of breaking. Plus, the fact that he would have felt safe with having the ANBU around.

Plus, the fact that Obito's chakra would've altered because:

1) Senju DNA
2) MS
3) Tying in with the second, the power of the Uchiha shifts in order to align with the person's emotions, and since MS requires a great emotional trauma, their chakra would have aligned in power, and in accordance.
4) Minato was very stressed too

Karin never noted sasuke's chakra change until he unlocked his MS. Not only that but the MS only manifests when you lose someone close to you, that's what triggers love to turn into hate.

When sasuke killed itachi, that's when he stopped caring about leaving people alive & that's when his curse of hatred began.

When obito saw rin die he turned from innocent kid to brutal murderer from simply awakening the MS.

All of this leads me to believe that the MS is the cause of the "cold" chakra that karin felt, as that's when it makes the most sense for a uchiha to undergo a chakra change.
