Naori, Hinata, Anko, Shizune, Temari , Kurenai, Ino, Tayuya, Yakumo, Fu etc are missed out from my list.

i wanted to include her as well, but 1 izanami feat isn't good enough...whereas we know what yugito can do coz she's a jinchuriki

4.Fu, even know I don't really know about her, but she was the seven-tails..
5. Yugito, same as Fu.

7. Lady Chiyo.
8. Sakura Haruno, if she wasn't so stupid, always just stand idly in the battle field, crying or run towards the enemy with incredible slow speed.. Also, if she knew how to use her strength properly.. Then, she could be a pretty strong character....
9.Anko.
10.Kurenai

I know, most are useless, but the best.... Well, in my opinion.
