Can naruto use ftg or hirashin with kurama?

the reason im asking coz obito can't use kamui because of juubi in him nd can't travel through dimensions can it same happened to naruto with kyuubi? because ftg is somewhat like dimensions!

i wish people would realize narutos not gonna get rinnegan cuz he has no uchiha dna. he wont ever awaken it. but I don't think he can do ftg at all

No i think Obito can't use Kamui because the Juubi negates his Ninjutsu as well... Madara hasen't used anything but what the Juubi offers you once you become it's Juubi jin... So in theory i believe you can't use your own Ninjutsu as well... Also Kurama has been teleported if im correct...

Tobirama teleported Obito with FTG and Minato was kicking asses with FTG when he has Kyuubi inside of him.Why can't Naruto use it(if he learn FTG)?
