sasuke can use his kekkei genkai, ENTON to unknown limits.. as its seen during the five kage summit, IN THE FIGHT BETWEEN RAIKAGE AND SASUKE, HE COVERED HIS SUSANOO WITH the black flames (so that the raikage wont dare to penetrate the susanoo with his strength), although he wasn't much accustomed to the susanoo himself.. and as u said about the limits of amaterasu, sasuke did something different back then, which wasn't in the "rules".. i'm not any sasuke fan-boy.. hope I can make you understand my point in that regard.

How is that scan broken? It's common sense he probably use enton manipulation to make the amaterasu go around them in a circle formation to protect them against kabuto...

Amaterasu spawns where the user's eyesight is set, its not just the line of sight. That's why it can spawn behind Itachi, because Sasuke can see behind him.

I don't think that's a gap, I think the flames are just extended out so that it wouldn't be close to Itachi. but
If you look at the bottom left scan you can clearly see spikes infront of Sasuke and yet ama is behind them.

He wasn't using enton when he created the circle. I highly doubt he could do it that quickly while spinning and consistently using ama.

I'm not saying that it is a plot hole. I was just pointing out that it may be an inconsistency, or maybe it's just another rule that has exceptions that weren't explained before.

I know he he can see through objects but he can only see behind objects if chakra is there. He can not see through a plain object with sharingan. He only can see chakra through walls. Sharingan doesn't allow him to look through walls like x-ray vision if no chakra exist there.

Amaterasu spawning infront of a non moving Raikage was nothing other than plot to showcase Raikages speed by Kishi. It has been shown even in the Danzo fight that Amaterasu can form on it's opponent.

Also @Bold Amaterasu doesn't remain at the same distance when something is blocking the users sight. When it comes to an object that is blocking his line of sight it burns that object. It should not continue to burn behind the object, for he can not see behind it. If it could remain at the same distance when consistently used then the rule for it igniting only what's in the users line of sight would have never been created.

No matter what angle he was at, At some point Itachi and the spikes would be blocking his view of the ground he ignited. He should not have been able to make a circle like that with the info we know.
