Who has better chakra control? Sakura or Naruto?

Iruka of all people has better chakra control than Sakura? I don't even think I've seen Iruka even complete a jutsu during this entire series, the only thing he did was tank a giant shuriken for 12 year old Naruto.

ot: They are good at different types of chakra control, but overall it's Naruto. Naruto is better at transmitting and manipulating it over distances and can even control it's shapes. He mastered rasengan and it's variants. Sakura is better at concentrating it and releasing it all at one time, shown w/ the yin seal and her enhanced strength.

Sakura forget to breath in front of madara ,she is that kind of shinobi. Don't try to be smart..Iruka's shuriken technique can kill sakura

If you read my original post in the thread you could see I did take into account the seal but I also looked at all the Naruto chakra control skills that tip the balance in his favor. Even Sasuke is really surprised that he can perfectly control BSM.

It won't matter if he attained mastery to 99.99% of all known chakra control exercise if he can't master the very one at the top. Unless he can have the Hyakugou Seal too, he's not even in equal footing with Sakura in the chakra control department.
