Using those scans, where Obito was surprised that Sasuke had Amatersu are irrelevant. However, there are scans where Obito couldn't follow Kakashi's Kamui, and many multiple ones surpassing that. I am gladly wanting to post them if you want to see them.

Madara's reactions is faster than Kamui, plus his sensing will allow to him sense chakra build up and counter with anything in his arsenal. Also, Rinbo Hengokou was confirmed to be faster. That's Kamui will not work on Edo Madara, SM Madara and Jin Madara.
