Considering Narutos defence, I dont think Susanoo arrow would inflict any damage. However, MS gives ability to tame any Bijuu, imperfect Jinchuuriki has no chance to win against MS Sasuke.

I dont think so. Kurama chakra shroud has way better durability than other Bijuus. Orochimarus Kusanagi couldnt even scratch KM4 Narutos chakra shround, yet Sasuke was slicing through Hachibis tentacles with Chidori blade like they were nothing. It just shows how stronger Kurama is when you compare him to other Bijuus.
